Bring your site details and your requirements with you to your appointment. Your requirements can be in the form of a brief, photos or just a list of what you like and what you don’t like and how you wish to use the building.

We will discuss your requirements and give you an estimate of your fee. We will forward you a fee proposal showing you what is included and what is not included in the fee. Once you accept the fee proposal and sign and return the form, we can begin the design process or sketch plan stage.

Once the design process is completed and you are happy with the design, we will then proceed to the working drawing stage (construction drawings). We'll send the plans to an engineering consultant to obtain a fee proposal. Once you have accepted the engineer’s fee proposal, we can liaise with the engineer on your requirements.

If you need Town Planning Applications & Reports for Siting Relaxations to Code or Impact, these can be completed in-house.

Energy efficiency reports are organised on your behalf and will be included in the fee. This is required by the building certifier.

An Electrical, Mechanical, Landscape or Hydraulic consultant can also be engaged on your behalf. We will obtain a fee proposal for your acceptance. 

We can provide a full specification &/or a schedule of finishes. If you need help with selection of fixtures & fittings and a full colour scheme, this can be provided in a schedule to be handed to the builders when quoting on your project.
